Somerset County 4-H Project Animal Ownership Form: Due July 1, 2023
Members MUST submit a 4-H Project Animal Ownership Form by July 1st (or have submitted an Animal Lease form, if applicable) in order for the animal to be brought to the Fair.
If the animal is born after July 1st, the member must contact Melissa Bright at mb2173@njaes.rutgers.edu to complete this form by August 1st.
Please note: Members from herpetology and dogs do not need to fill out this form. Sheep owners have submitted a separate form.
