We see bats at night but where do they go at daybreak? How do they see, what do they eat, and what happened to their hands? Join us to find out about these mysterious creatures and why they are so important.
This free event is presented by Kathleen Kerwin, 4-H alumni and Program Coordinator for the Rutgers Wildlife Conservation & Management Program. All are welcome!

This series of virtual workshops will help you de-escalate situations and manage conflict in any 4-H setting.

Hosted by 4-H Anime and Manga Club with help from the Cardboard Gamers, the 10th annual CloverCon anime convention returns and features guest voice actors and panelists highlighting various popular anime characters as well as Japanese pop and traditional culture.
Ocean County 4-H Animalology 2022
Come Play Animalology! Sponsored by Ocean County 4-H
Animalology is an educational friendly competition offering youth in grades 4-13 the chance to gain new knowledge, meet new 4-H friends, and have fun at a team-based trivia event. Awards will be given in Junior and Senior divisions to the top four teams and the top 10 individuals.

Food N Fun!
All Somerset County 4-H club members are invited to participate in this afternoon of food and fun with your 4-H friends. You do not need to be in a cooking club to participate in this event. Simply come up with a theme, decorate your table and cook food related to your theme for your club and judges to enjoy together, the possibilities are endless!
Open to 4-H members only

Franklin Township Pop Up Food Pantry
Attention all 4-H Clubs - we need your help!
We are partnering with the Franklin Township Youth Center to collect donations for the Franklin Township Pop Up Food Pantry. The collection box in in the 4-H Center Lobby and will be there for a while. We are looking for clubs to sign up for a month and be responsible for making sure there are donations that month. Of course, everyone can donate at any time! But we want to make sure it will never be empty.

4-H Game Design Challenge
Passaic County 4-H is holding its first Game Design Challenge. Did you know that playing board
games can be more than just good family fun? Playing board games is also good for teaching and
practicing cognitive skills such as decision making, higher level strategic thinking, and problem solving, all skill important in the computer science field.
Somerset County 4-H: Virtual Teen Social
Focused on fun, interactive games - join the Somerset County 4-H Association Teen Committee for their monthly Virtual Teen Social. Open to teens in grades 6-12, this is a great way to meet new people and make some friends while playing games both online and on your phone.
Somerset County Youth Leadership Program
Youth Leadership Somerset is a nine month program for high school students who live in Somerset County. The program includes presentations by community leaders, small group challenges, and interactive programming that will explore local issues, enable you to form connections with peers from across the county, inspire community involvement, and build leadership skills.
National 4-H: Create Your Story [Chapter 1]
We’ll be asking for you to help us continue the story through three chapters throughout the year. The best stories for each chapter will be turned into videos that will be part of an epic, interactive “create your own adventure” video this fall! And of course, each finalist will receive a $50 Schleich prize package!
New Jersey 4-H: Let's Go on an AG-Venture Step Club
Have you ever wondered where food comes from or how it is made? Join us for three days of exploring the science of agriculture! Together we will learn how food and other essential products are made and how you play a role in your community. Learn about livestock, crops, and life on a farm. Each session will include lots of interactive games and activities focusing on agri-science. It is going to be Ag-mazing!
Metuchen Public Library: Web Design Using HTML
This is a free 2-session class for kids in grades 6+. Learn all the basics you need to know to build a website, including creating text, lists, links, images, and tables in your website, and have fun doing it!

Penelope the Powerful Parrot Reading
Join Somerset County Hope and Healing for a free Zoom reading of Penelope the Powerful Parrot, an interactive experience for children and adults of all ages, to help lessen the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic through the use of storytelling, movement and song. Penelope the Powerful Parrot delivers a message of hope and resilience for all of us.
New Jersey 4-H: What's That Bee I See?
It’s that time of year again! Bees are out and about collecting pollen and nectar. This workshop will help you identify the different bees you may see in your yard or at your fairgrounds or picnics!
New Jersey 4-H: Multi-State Teen Social Night
Hosted by New Jersey 4-H Teens and created by Somerset County 4-H members, this multi-state teen social night will be a great way to meet new friends from across the state and around the world. The night will include games, opportunities to learn about each other, and an overall laid back atmosphere to hang out.
New Jersey 4-H: Ask a Polar Scientist!
Middle and high school youth, and families are invited to join a panel of research scientists to discuss polar science and careers in marine and environmental science!
New Jersey 4-H: An Astronomy Adventure
We invite the Cloverbuds of 4-H to join us as we explore Space. In this Interactive Webinar, we will spend one hour learning about our Solar System and what exists out in Space. We will also learn about NASA and the many careers it has to offer. This webinar will be held on May 4th, 2021, from 3:00-4:00 pm.

Sponsored by the Somerset County 4-H Senior Council, help them gather goods that can be donate to Visions and Pathways, a local non-profit which helps to empower youth who are at-risk!
